“Screen Vixens was born out of a desire to connect women screen producers in a kind and trusted space.”

- Leonie Marsh, Founder

Screen Vixens are a professional and dynamic community of women and female identifying screen producers working across all sectors of the screen industry. With a thriving membership sharing ongoing resources, knowledge and community on a private platform, becoming a Vixen significantly and positively impacts careers.

Created in 2015 by Australian producer Leonie Marsh, who has over twenty years experience in the screen industry including an international background in the UK, USA and Australia. Leonie began her career at the NSW Film and Television Office in the development & production department before moving to London in 2006. She spent five and a half years at MARV Films - Matthew Vaughn’s production company - working across a range of studio pictures including THE DEBT, HARRY BROWN, KICK ASS, X MEN: FIRST CLASS and KICK ASS 2.

Upon returning to Australia, Leonie produced various short films with exciting talent including Brooke Goldfinch, Jacobie Gray and Georgiana Taylor whilst having a family. In 2018, she transitioned to podcast producing (UNPAUSED, IN HER VOICE BY WOMEN AND HOLLYWOOD, DISPATCH TO A FRIEND). Leonie was Treasurer for WIFT NSW in 2016 (Women in Film & Television), a recipient of the Natalie Miller Brilliant Careers Leadership Program 2017 and a finalist in the 2022 Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards - ‘Arts and Entertainment’ category.
